Introducing
The Plant Based+ Method
for moms to get healthy and strong without sacrificing all of your free time and sanity (or chocolate)
Right now you feel like you will always need a double nitro iced coffee to get through the day, your picky eater will never eat anything other than mac & cheese (the shells kind not the elbows, duh), and it even feels like you’ll never lose weight without being hungry all the time.
Guess what? It doesn’t have to be this way.
What if you could have more energy, and even fit into those pre-baby jeans?

That’s what I can help you do...
I’ve been there.
Navigating my new body after having my daughter wasn’t easy. I couldn’t remember what not being exhausted felt like and she was such a velcro baby that I didn’t have any time for myself.
I went back to what had worked for me before which was small, sustainable changes that weren’t overwhelming. I was able to make some positive changes but something was still missing.
The missing piece was a plant based lifestyle.
I made the switch and have more energy, better workouts, and a healthy relationship with food, and you can, too...all while feeling guided, supported, and nurtured every step of the way.
We go together like peanut butter + jelly (see, you’re already plant based) because….

You want a coach/nutritionist who understands what it is like
A perfectly fit 20 year old without kids telling you to eat plants and move more = not helpful. Having someone who can relate makes the journey so much more manageable.
You’re looking to have an expert guide (you’re done DIYing it)
Change is hard and we are our own worst critics. We can easily set ourselves up for failure by setting unrealistic expectations or not following a proven process. Working together, you will have smaller, sustainable steps that emphasize progress over perfection and lead to more dramatic and lasting results.
You’re willing to talk about your “inner monologue” a bit.
Your health and weight are an inside job. You are willing to dig deep and do the work that will help make this change permanent.
You want a real solution to break the cycle and get healthy for good (no more gimmicks!)
That expensive, chalky MLM shake that left you standing in front of the refrigerator wondering what you could eat next can go straight down the drain. Gross. No one gets full from a shake. If You’re want to make healthy lifestyle changes...that last.
You’re ready to let go of nutrition myths and follow a science backed program.
Look, eating bacon for a month and losing weight might sound appealing but really, we all know that it isn’t healthy for us. Fad diets are hard to stick to and not sustainable. Eating a whole food, plant based diet is not only shown by studies to be the healthiest but it is also the most sustainable, for our bodies and the planet.

Frequently Asked Questions
You will get out what you put in. Each of my programs is designed for moms and busy women with limited time. If you block off a few minutes per day and commit to making healthy changes, you will see lasting results.
We live in a protein obsessed culture that worships grilled chicken. I’m here to tell you that you can get plenty of protein on a plant based diet.
No. Change is hard and the best way to do it is gradually. That is why I don’t offer any programs that promise you can go plant based and lose 10 pounds in a week.
Flexibility is a sign of mental health. If you really want to have a filet on a holiday or grab a lobster roll on vacation then do it. It’s what you do most of the time, not what you do some of the time.
